How to Enroll:
1. Information Use
We collect your personal and mobile information solely to provide you with Thrive Senior Solutions services, including appointment reminders, confirmations, marketing messages about our own services, and service updates.
2. Prohibition on Data Sharing for Marketing or Promotional Purposes
We do not share your personal or mobile information with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
3. No Data Transfer to External Organizations
We do not transfer, sell, or share your information with any external organizations under any circumstances, even with your consent, except as required by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena or legal process).
4. Safeguards Against Unauthorized Sharing
We implement strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal and mobile information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include secure data storage, access controls, encryption where applicable, and regular monitoring of our systems.

Riders must be able to enter and exit the vehicle independently or with minimal assistance unless a mobility device is noted in advance.
Seatbelts are required at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in service termination.
Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes at a pickup location. Additional wait time may incur fees or a missed-ride classification.
Clients may travel with one support person at no extra charge. Please notify us when booking.
We currently serve Milwaukee, Waukesha, and surrounding areas. Requests outside of this area may be subject to additional approval or mileage charges.
Our services are available by appointment, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Emergency or last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We accept Medicaid-authorized rides, private pay (via invoice or online), and approved facility billing agreements.
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.
